You know how we love to bake around here! Mom gave me a wonderful heart shaped dish for Valentine's Day that was begging to be baked in. The Boys and I whipped up a vanilla cake and smothered it with chocolate icing. The kids picked out the perfect sprinkles and got down to the business of decorating our delicious dessert. Sadly, sprinkles don't always cooperate and we ended up with a huge mound of pink and red and white goodness. The kids tried to more evenly distribute them, but to no avail. I think it turned out just perfect! Both boys devoured a beautiful piece of cake, cut right out of the middle, completely covered with Valentine sprinkles. We could not have been happier!
